She has learned so much and uses it so often at home (she sings her colors songs when she is coloring at home etc) that I am really hoping to meet the person that obviously approaches it with such energy and enthusiasm that it is contagious!

"My son has had Senora Jones for 3 years now. From the very first class, Spanish has been his favorite and he looks forward to it every week. He thinks the world of Senora! I am always amazed and surprised when he uses a Spanish word or phrase or starts singing a song in Spanish. It makes me aware that he knows a lot more Spanish than I realize and it makes me smile! I think it is great to expose kids to a foreign language at such an early age. I hope it will encourage him to take more as he gets older. "I have two children, ages 6 and 9, who both participate in Senora Jones’ Spanishgarten program. I have been extremely satisfied with the entire experience. My children enjoy and look forward to the class. My 6 year old says his favorite day of the week is when he has Spanish. He loves the songs and enjoys the worksheets too. I’m amazed at what my children retain and how they build on their Spanish knowledge class after class. I know I’m not only tapping into my children’s foreign langue capabilities at an earlier age, but they are learning knowledge imperative for the world we live in. I like the fact that Shawnda Jones holds a Bachelors Degree in Spanish and has experience in a school environment. Her definite love for teaching and to share Spanish comes through with what is taught and how it is presented. Shawnda Jones has a playful nature and makes learning another language fun. As there are so many activities vying for my children’s attention and focus, I feel that the Spanish program was money well spent and I would definitely recommend this program".

The girls just love it. Sullivan has had some separation issues and is typically a bit reserved, it is so wonderful to see her secure and engaged.
